Prof. Mirjana SHOSOLCEVA

Prof. Dr. Mirjana Shosholcheva is a Professor of Anaesthesiology and Reanimation at the Faculty of Medicine, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, North Macedonia. She serves as Head of the Department of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care at the University Clinic of Surgery “Ss. Naum Ohridski.” Her principal clinical and academic interests include intensive care medicine, mechanical ventilation, airway management, resuscitation, trauma care, patient safety, digital health and closed-loop anaesthesia systems. She is Editor-in-Chief of the Macedonian Journal of Anaesthesia and Chair of the ESAIC–EBA Accreditation of Training in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Committee. In 2026, she was elected General Secretary of the Balkan Anesthesia Platform.
